Der Dreizack

"Der Dreizack gehört in unsere Faust" (literally: "The trident belongs in our fist") is the trenchent title of an interdisciplinary workshop aimed at providing an academic platform for political scientists, historians, legal experts, underwater archeologists and sociologists from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and abroad. It includes recent graduates, PhD candidates and young professionals as well as senior analysts, both military and civilian. The conference is conducted in German.

ISPK|CMSS and Deutscher Marinebund (DMB) are hosting the event in odd years. In even years, other institutions are invited to host a Dreizack workshop to be modelled after our example, but entirely under that entity’s responsibility. Interested organizations should feel free to contact ISPK|CMSS and DMB ahead of time.
